Users (collectively users), and the network of affiliates  and independent operators that we utilize to arrange service (Chauffeurs).

WM365 Inc. may collect information about how you interact with our services. This may include access dates and times, pages viewed, app crashes or type of browser. Our website do use cookies and are there as a convenience to you for page preferences and remember me functions. These cookies are exclusively internal to WTM365 Inc. and are not shared with any external business partners or 3d parties. We want you clearly know that when we ask you for information, we will use that information to fulfill your request and we may use use your contact information to tell you about our products or services we think might interest you or to invite you to participate in a product or services related survey because of the nature of our business.

We have limited control and relationship with 3rd parties to assist us in servicing you, for example, by fulfilling customers orders or providing customer service. These services providers are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information we provide them. Additionally, we have business partners that provide services, some of which are co-branded. We are very clear that we only have some of our own vehicles not all vehicles own bu WTM365 Inc. in NY City Area. When you request any of services and products from WTM365 Inc.you are permitting us to provide you personal information to the partner to fulfill your request. We may disclose your information if we are required to by a law enforcement action such as a court order, subpoena or search warrant.

 

For Independent Operators (Chauffeurs) we may also collect payment or banking information, vehicle information, licensing and permitting, Government identification number, photo, insurance information and driving record. We might share this information with 3rd party who will use this information to provide services to travelers or there companies and run a driving record check and back round check.

 

WTM365 Inc. Receives information from your device when you use our websites or mobile applications this may include IP address, web browser type, mobile operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer, application installations, device identifiers, and push notification tokens.

 

If you are a independent Operators(Chauffeur), we collect location information about the real time location of the vehicle before or during a trip both when the app is open and, on screen and open but not on screen of your device.

 

WTM365 Inc. reserves the right to amend this privacy policy with out advance notice and as long as you continue to use WTM365 Inc. you are agreeing to this policy and any updates.
