1. Online Reservations All reservations made online or by phone are not considered final or confirmed until reviewed and approved by a Company representative. Confirmation will be sent via email and text message from (888) 587-9092 or (516) 274-0007 with the finalized details and price.
2. Cancellations & Deposits All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation penalties: After confirmation: Any cancellation, regardless of notice, is subject to penalty once finalized by dispatch. Chauffeur On Demand Corp is not responsible for mechanical breakdowns but will reschedule lost time on a mutually agreed date.
3. Client Responsibilities & Fees Clients assume financial liability for damages caused during service. Alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited by law. The driver has the right to terminate service without refund for client misconduct. Smoking is prohibited in vehicles unless explicitly allowed by the driver. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
4. Payment All balances must be paid to the driver before the start of service. Overtime charges apply after the first 15 minutes past scheduled time. Payments are due in full for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
5. Flight & Baggage Policies Flight Changes Grace Periods & Wait Time Non-Airport PickupsBaggage Passengers are responsible for collecting luggage and personal items. Chauffeur On Demand is not responsible for lost airline baggage. Waiting time applies after grace periods if luggage delays occur.
6. Cruise Ship & Pier Pickups Client must contact dispatch at (516) 274-0007 or the assigned chauffeur upon disembarkation. No-show: Full fare will be charged if no contact is made. Driver waits 30 minutes from scheduled time; 15-minute grace at cruise terminals, 10-minute grace at piers. Wait time after grace: $1.00/min. Pickup time changes must be requested 12 hours in advance.
7. COVID-19 Safety All vehicles sanitized daily with steam wash and electrostatic spray. Vehicles disinfected between each ride. Chauffeurs wear masks and gloves, with sanitizer and wipes available for passengers. Drivers screened daily and tested weekly. Partition-equipped vehicles available upon request.
8. Pet Policy 9. Meet & Greet Procedures JFK AIRPORT Chauffeur meets at baggage claim unless parking is unavailable. Terminals A, B, C – Meet & greet available if parking available. Customs exit pickups possible. Vans & buses: curbside only.
10. Liability Chauffeur On Demand Corp is not responsible for delays caused by weather, unsafe road conditions, gridlock traffic, or circumstances beyond its control. Company is not liable for articles left in vehicles. NYC DOT “gridlock days” may cause unavoidable delays; clients are advised to plan accordingly.
