By making your reservation with Rencia Luxury Transportation, Orlando, FL, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Passenger must call (407) 342-1551 if he/she has difficulty connecting with driver. If the passenger/s leave the pickup location without notifying Rencia Luxury Transportation, a full NO-SHOW charge will apply! All efforts to contact a customer via cell numbers and all other contact information will be made before our driver is released and a trip is deemed “NO SHOW”, reservations will be charged the full amount of the original trip plus any additional fees, waiting time, etc. All reservations have a 2-hour cancellation policy. If the reservations are cancelled less than the 2 hours prior to the schedule pickup time, it is billable at the minimum charge (Base Rate). For address or Hotel Pickups, we offer a 20-minute complementary wait time (40 minutes for commercial airport pickups) that begins at the pickup time listed in the reservation. If contact has not been made after 30 minutes of the schedule pickup time (40 minutes for commercial airport pickups), the reservation must either convert to hourly billing, or incur wait time charges billed in 15 minutes increments of the hourly rate. Minutes beyond grace period are billable at $1.15 per minute. Tolls, unplanned stops for transfers, incidental fees and any extras will be determined upon ride completion and are due upon receipt. Specialty vehicles and overseas reservations must be cancelled 48 hours in advance to avoid full charge. Cancellation Policy may change during special events. A valid credit card is required to secure reservation. Credit card will not be charge until driver contacted passengers and trip initiated. (Payment is processed after the ride takes place). A $10 Admin Fee will be added for any credit card decline. A 50% deposit will be required for jobs over $500. Large jobs will be charged a 6% service fee pass through applied by the credit card company. A $250 fee will be applied in the event of spills or persons vomiting inside the vehicle. Any damages to the vehicle because of negligent passenger behavior will be billed at a cost of repair or replacement plus any downtime. Rencia Luxury Transportation is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Allow for extra time! Road closures, heavy pedestrian traffic/redirected traffic via public authority and/or traffic accidents need to be taken into consideration by passenger when planning meeting times within an hourly, As-Directed job. Please note that our chauffeurs follow routes as indicated by GPS. If another route is desired it should be requested and made available at time of booking. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the passenger(s). Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. By law smoking, alcohol and drug consumption is strictly prohibited in vehicles. If car seat or booster seats are required, the client must install car seats. Please allow extra time to install. Rencia Luxury Transportation is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
