PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
We recommend that our clients reserve a car ahead of time (at no additional charge) to be guaranteed a car at time of pick up. We can provide you with a car at short notice by phone or online upon availability. We will send you an email confirmation after you've completed your booking, which means you’re in our reservation system and you’ll get your car on time.
Airport pickup information:
Our driver will receive you by the arrival airline baggage claim, and he/she will be holding the PASSENGER name sign. All our drivers are equipped with a flight tracking software. They will use the flight info you have provided to track your flight for delays or early arrivals.
There is No Charge, if you called us 6 hours (24 hours via email) before the pick-up time. A cancellation made within 6 hours or after scheduled pick up time is subject to a full fare and gratuity charges. All reservations require separate cancellation.
No show charges:
Please DON’T leave the baggage area before you call us in order to avoid the NO SHOW up charges. If you leave without calling, you will be billed for the full price of the ride plus any waiting time charges. No exception!
Credit Card Transactions:
We only take an authorization on the card to guarantee funds availability, it will show as (Pending funds) if you check your credit card account statement on-line. The authorization amount is usually higher than the expected charges in the event you decide to make some additional stops you did not inform us of or changed your destination. We will then charge your card after the trip has been completed. All receipts are sent by email.
